1/4 Chocolate Mousse Sheet Cake

  • Cut to shape of racket
  • Iced smooth with white Italian buttercream – see photo for detailed design requests
  • Please use fondant for the following:
    • Green outline shape of racket instead of black (use #6)
    • Green racket grip instead of black (use #6)
    • Purple line above the grip – plain, no writing
    • Replace INVIKTA with IRIS (black fondant)
  • Use red buttercream for red design on racket
  • Remove black design on top of racket – replace with plain white buttercream
  • Standard inscription on cake board to say “Happy Birthday Iris!” in green (#6)
