Ordering a custom cake

What do you want your cake to look like?
There are 3 basic elements that go into the pricing of a custom cake: how many people you need to feed (cake size), whether you’d like a single tier cake or multi-tier cake, and the materials and decoration (shape, 3D designs, fondant, etc.)
- To deliver exactly what you want, we require a photo of the cake you’d like.
- We recommend Pinterest or Google images to search for inspiration cake designs.
- Feel free to send us multiple photos for multiple quotes. This can help break down the barrier of cake pricing — sometimes elements that don’t seem cost effective actually are, and some can be must more expensive in material than you’d think!

How many people do you need to feed?
- This will get our base cake cost.
- This will also be the basis for your decoration cost. As each cake increases in size, the time and material to decorate also increases. For most cakes, you can expect a $20-30 increase in decoration cost per 2″ of additional cake.

Like the look of tiered cake but don’t need that much cake? Substitute a cake tier for a false tier for $40.
For example, a 2-tier, 6″ + 8″ cake would cost $190.40 plus the decoration fee.
If you’d like just the bottom 8″ tier in cake, and a fake 6″ tier, your cost would be $55 for the 8″ single cake + $40 fake tier = $95, plus the decoration fee.
